Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Sydney — boutique luxury sales role delivering personalised client service and driving revenue for a Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and repeat business with high‑net‑worth and aspirational clientele.
  • Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and effective upselling.
  • Manage all point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and after‑sales processes with accuracy and attention to compliance and financial controls.
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards through meticulous visual merchandising, window displays and housekeeping.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a client database, perform clienteling activities and coordinate private appointments and events.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving processes while adhering to loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with the store team on local marketing initiatives, product launches and VIP events.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide exceptional client service in a luxury retail or premium hospitality environment.
  • Impeccable grooming, professional deportment and a customer‑centric demeanour suitable for a high‑end boutique.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings; willingness to participate in events and private client appointments.
  • Right to work in Australia and availability to be based in Sydney.

Skills

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery or high‑end hospitality; candidates with proven achievement in luxury sales will be prioritised.

Education

High school certificate or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline are advantageous.
