Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Singapore to deliver personalised luxury service and drive boutique sales for its maison portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-value and walk-in clients to build enduring relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition, appointment management and follow-up.
- Maintain and develop a robust clientelling database — record interactions, preferences and purchase history to inform tailored outreach.
- Provide authoritative product advice and storytelling across relevant categories (e.g. watches, jewellery, leather goods), demonstrating deep product knowledge and provenance.
- Execute boutique merchandising and presentation standards to brand guidelines and contribute to store housekeeping and stock management.
- Manage sales transactions, returns and basic after‑sales procedures with accuracy and professionalism; escalate complex service or warranty issues to management.
- Support in‑store events, private viewings and trunk shows, collaborating with the boutique team and brand specialists to maximise client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a client-centric mindset; emphasis on discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales KPIs and contribute to team targets.
- High attention to detail and visual sensibility to uphold luxury presentation standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings; reliable attendance and punctuality.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or client-facing roles within the premium goods sector; prior experience with haute joaillerie or horology is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary studies in retail, hospitality, business or a related discipline are advantageous but not mandatory.
