Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Seoul to deliver exceptional luxury client service in a boutique setting.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to local KPIs and seasonal objectives.
  • Maintain intimate product knowledge across relevant categories and convey the brand narrative with confidence and accuracy.
  • Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising meet maison standards; maintain a pristine selling environment.
  • Manage transactions, returns and after‑sales requests accurately using the point-of-sale system; assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
  • Support boutique events, private viewings and VIP appointments; coordinate with the client relations and retail teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Professional, polished presentation with a customer-centric disposition appropriate to luxury retail.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings; readiness to participate in boutique events.
  • Legal right to work in South Korea and willingness to comply with local employment and compliance requirements.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling high-value merchandise and client information.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, jewellery or watch segments; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
