Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Seoul to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and local clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, effective upselling and expert product presentation.
  • Manage all aspects of boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock control, inventory reconciliation and accurate cash handling.
  • Maintain brand visual standards and execute merchandising directives to ensure a polished, on-brand boutique environment.
  • Conduct clienteling activities: maintain CRM records, schedule appointments, follow up on enquiries and support private client events and trunk shows.
  • Collaborate with the store team on daily floor operations, opening/closing procedures and loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of customer-facing excellence with high standards of personal presentation and service.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a retail environment.
  • Numerical accuracy and integrity in cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
  • Ability to represent a luxury maison with discretion, professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.

Experience
