Richemont seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Austin, TX to deliver luxury client service and support in-store sales for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-end customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting walk-in clients and following up on appointments and leads.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and handle returns, exchanges and gift services.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines and execute seasonal floor resets.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows; collaborate closely with store management and Maison teams.

Qualifications

  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal manner appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction handling and stock control.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods on the sales floor.

Experience

Entry-level role; 1+ year of retail sales experience preferred, ideally within luxury, jewellery or premium watch brands. Demonstrable customer-facing experience and a track record of achieving sales targets are advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury services is a plus.
