Client Advisor
Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in New York (Madison). Deliver luxury client service and drive sales for the maison’s boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with high‑jewellery and luxury watchroom standards; proactively develop and sustain long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and upsell techniques.
- Manage the full sales cycle including client outreach, product presentations, transaction processing and after‑sales follow up.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation and inventory control; ensure product is handled and stored according to maison protocols.
- Use CRM and boutique systems to record client information, log interactions and support targeted outreach and events.
- Collaborate with the store management team on events, private appointments and cross‑maison initiatives to amplify client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or premium services with demonstrable sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with refined clienteling abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation suited to a luxury environment.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods; flexibility for client appointments and events.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery or watch boutiques, or equivalent high‑end client‑facing roles demonstrating consistent sales results and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, hospitality, communications or a related discipline preferred.
