Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in Monterrey — deliver personalised luxury service, cultivate client relationships and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, relationship-driven service to a high-net-worth clientele, cultivating long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling and tailored product recommendations.
- Manage a personal client portfolio, maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on enquiries, orders and after‑sales service.
- Execute premium merchandising standards, maintain product presentation and ensure boutique visual integrity at all times.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and ensure compliance with cash and inventory procedures.
- Support in‑store events, private appointments and trunk shows to maximise client engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the store team and regional stakeholders to share market intelligence, pipeline opportunities and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience within the luxury or premium fashion/watch/jewellery sector (preferred 1–3 years).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural aptitude for relationship building.
- Commercially minded, target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
- Professional presentation, discretion and understanding of high‑end client expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM and POS systems; basic numeracy and cash handling competence.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable retail experience in luxury or premium brands with a track record of meeting sales KPIs, managing client portfolios and delivering personalised service. Prior exposure to CRM systems and boutique operations is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in business, fashion, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
