Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in London — boutique role delivering exceptional client service and driving sales for luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service and build long-term relationships with local and international clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant maisons and communicate provenance, materials and technical details with authority.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand directives.
  • Manage client records and follow-ups using CRM; coordinate appointments and invitations for private viewings or events.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and handle after-sales requests including basic servicing liaison.
  • Support boutique operations including stock management, replenishment and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Proven ability to sell consultatively and manage a discerning clientele.
  • Numerical literacy and attention to transactional detail.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in the UK (as applicable).

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality; prior exposure to high-value product categories (watches, fine jewellery or leather goods) and use of CRM/POS systems is highly desirable.

Education

Secondary education required; a diploma or degree in retail, luxury brand management, fashion or business is advantageous.
