Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised service to high‑value clients, ensuring an exceptional in‑boutique experience and long‑term client loyalty.
  • Proactively build and maintain a client portfolio through clienteling, follow‑ups and targeted outreach using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and cross‑selling of relevant product categories.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately; manage transactions, receipts, returns and customer records in compliance with company procedures.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain brand presentation and seasonal floor resets.
  • Manage inventory and stock movements, assist with deliveries and stock counts; collaborate with store management on replenishment.
  • Support after‑sales services including repairs, bespoke requests and coordination with central service teams.
  • Participate in boutique events, product launches and local marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement.
  • Uphold loss‑prevention policies, brand security protocols and high standards of boutique housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable aptitude for high‑level client service and consultative selling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation.
  • Proven results‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional demeanour, discretion and respect for client confidentiality.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years' experience in luxury retail, premium boutique sales or high‑end hospitality with demonstrable sales performance and client development experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, business or a related field is advantageous.
