Richemont in Dubai is hiring a Sales Associate (UAE National) to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships with high-value and walk-in clients through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets by skilfully presenting product storytelling, upselling and cross-selling complementary items.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant maisons and collections; communicate brand values and product provenance to clients.
- Support boutique visual merchandising standards, ensure boutique presentation and stockroom organisation comply with brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and maintain proper cash and stock control procedures.
- Participate in store events, client appointments, private viewings and after-sales care to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Adhere to all company policies, local regulations and luxury retail compliance standards, including client data confidentiality.
Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati) — eligibility to work in the UAE is required.
- Fluent spoken and professional presentation skills appropriate for luxury clientele; multilingual ability advantageous (not specified).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets within a retail or luxury environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and cultural sensitivity when dealing with discerning clients.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with proven achievement against individual sales targets and experience serving high-net-worth clients.
Education
Secondary school diploma (high school). Formal qualifications in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management are advantageous but not mandatory.
