Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Dallas to deliver personalised luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and individual KPIs through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Manage client records, follow-up activity and appointments using the store CRM and clienteling tools.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and brand storytelling across watches, jewellery and accessories to assist client purchasing decisions.
  • Support visual merchandising, stock management and daily boutique operations to ensure an elevated retail environment.
  • Collaborate with the store team and regional managers on client events, private appointments and after-sales coordination.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end customer-facing sales, preferably within jewellery, watches or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain a high-value client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills, polished presentation and a service-first attitude appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional travel for client events or training.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or a related high-end services environment; demonstrable sales results and client portfolio management are preferred.
