Richemont seeks a Client Advisor (Chinese speaker) for Vacheron Constantin in Osaka to deliver personalised high-end watch service and achieve boutique sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and international clients through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets for Vacheron Constantin timepieces through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
  • Deliver authoritative product advice on horology, complications and craftsmanship; manage client expectations for bespoke services and after-sales care.
  • Coordinate appointments, private viewings and boutique events; liaise with regional teams to support pre- and post-sales client care.
  • Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock control, point-of-sale transactions and inventory reconciliation.
  • Use CRM systems to record client interactions, sales opportunities and follow-ups; prepare sales reports and contribute to market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required to serve the brand’s Chinese-speaking client base.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented luxury retail environment while managing private client relationships independently.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and national holidays as required.
  • Legal authorization to work in Japan.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' client-facing sales experience in luxury retail, preferably with watches or fine jewellery; experience serving Chinese-speaking clients is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
