Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Beverly Hills to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales at a Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalised service to a discerning luxury clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively manage clienteling activities and follow up on leads using the boutique’s CRM and appointment systems.
- Maintain impeccable merchandising and presentation standards consistent with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure correct handling of stock and documentation.
- Coordinate after-sales service, repairs and warranties, liaising with in-house ateliers and service teams as required.
- Participate in product training, team briefings and boutique events to deepen product knowledge and enhance client experiences.
- Contribute to inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in luxury retail, jewellery or watch boutiques preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional presentation.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and a track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in client follow-up and transaction handling.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches or a high-end boutique environment is preferred; candidates should demonstrate a history of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in retail, business, hospitality or related fields is preferred.
