Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Beverly Hills to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales at a Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised service to a discerning luxury clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively manage clienteling activities and follow up on leads using the boutique’s CRM and appointment systems.
  • Maintain impeccable merchandising and presentation standards consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure correct handling of stock and documentation.
  • Coordinate after-sales service, repairs and warranties, liaising with in-house ateliers and service teams as required.
  • Participate in product training, team briefings and boutique events to deepen product knowledge and enhance client experiences.
  • Contribute to inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in luxury retail, jewellery or watch boutiques preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional presentation.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and a track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in client follow-up and transaction handling.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
