Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary client service and personalised clienteling throughout the customer journey, from prospecting to after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of collections.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant maisons and collections; translate technical detail into persuasive, client-facing narratives.
  • Operate the point-of-sale and CRM systems accurately to record client information, manage appointments and follow up leads.
  • Uphold boutique visual merchandising and presentation standards; support stock management, receiving, and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support boutique events, private appointments and concierge services; collaborate with the store team and upstream functions to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality (typically 2+ years preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build durable client relationships.
  • Reliable numeracy, attention to detail and a professional, polished presentation.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
