Richemont seeks a Client Advisor (Spanish & Portuguese) in Amsterdam — deliver luxury clienteling and drive sales for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships with Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking customers.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation, needs-based selling and proactive client follow-up.
  • Manage clienteling activities: maintain and grow a client database, schedule appointments, and execute targeted outreach and after-sales care.
  • Provide precise product knowledge across collections and advise clients on styling, provenance and care of luxury goods.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique floor readiness, stock accuracy and replenishment.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store POS and ensure compliance with cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team on in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows to maximise client engagement.
  • Report market feedback and client preferences to the store manager and brand teams to inform commercial strategy.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or premium client-facing sales roles.
  • Track record of meeting sales KPIs and delivering personalised client service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to cultivate high-net-worth relationships.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with demonstrable success in client acquisition and retention—experience serving Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking clients is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, languages, hospitality or related field preferred.
