Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through expert product presentation, in-depth product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Deliver a flawless in-store experience including bespoke advice, private appointments and after-sales support.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage multi-currency cash handling with accuracy and discretion.
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards and ensure presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Support inventory control, stock movements and secure handling of high-value merchandise.
  • Contribute to boutique events, trunk shows and client entertainment to expand the client base and deepen loyalty.
  • Use CRM tools to record client interactions, follow up on leads and execute targeted outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in luxury goods, jewellery or watches; demonstrated success meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and advise high-net-worth clientele.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a service mindset aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality when handling valuable merchandise and client data.
  • Legal right to work in the UAE and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by boutique operations.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, ideally within jewellery, watches or high-end accessories, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and managing VIP client relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
