Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, high‑touch customer service to both local and international clients, building long‑term relationships and client files.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
- Curate and maintain the boutique presentation in accordance with brand visual standards, including window and in‑store merchandising.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns, exchanges and after‑sales requests with accuracy and discretion.
- Support stock control activities: receiving, tagging, inventory checks and replenishment coordination.
- Coordinate and assist with client appointments, private viewings, and in‑store events or trunk shows.
- Report daily sales activity and market intelligence to boutique management; contribute to CRM data quality.
- Ensure rigorous confidentiality and protection of client information at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in luxury fashion, leather goods, or accessories; boutique sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Polished presentation and professional deportment consistent with a high‑end maison.
- Strong numeracy and transaction accuracy; comfortable with cash and card reconciliations.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to support boutique trading hours.
- Legal authorization to work in Japan.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience within luxury retail or high‑end boutiques; hands‑on experience with leather goods or accessories is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or diploma in fashion, retail management or hospitality is desirable.
