Change Management Lead, Group Product Office
Richemont seeks a Change Management Lead for the Group Product Office in Meyrin, Switzerland — lead enterprise change, adoption and stakeholder engagement.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies and adoption programmes for initiatives originating from the Group Product Office.
- Partner with product, IT, HR and business stakeholders to define change impacts, governance, stakeholder journeys and target operating models.
- Develop and execute communication, training and engagement plans to secure alignment and sustainable behaviour change across global teams and maisons.
- Run stakeholder mapping, sponsorship activation, readiness assessments and change impact analyses; translate findings into pragmatic mitigation plans.
- Define and track adoption KPIs and benefits realisation metrics; prepare executive reporting and present programme status to senior leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions, coach leaders and change sponsors, and build change capability within programme teams.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in leading complex, cross-functional change programmes in international, matrixed organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills with experience mobilising senior sponsorship.
- Demonstrable ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable adoption plans and training curricula.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished presentation ability for C-suite audiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to Swiss/luxury markets (e.g. French) is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years leading change or transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organisations; experience within luxury goods, retail, technology or professional services preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, communications, psychology or related field; Master’s degree or formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
