Business Development Project Manager (Enquirus)

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Enquirus business development initiatives, from concept and business case through implementation and measurement.
- Define commercial strategy, value propositions and go-to-market plans for new products or partnerships within the Richemont ecosystem.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across maisons, product, commercial, marketing and IT to ensure timely execution and adoption.
- Develop project plans, milestones, KPIs and regular executive reporting to track performance and ROI.
- Manage external vendors and partners where required, negotiating scope, timelines and SLAs.
- Drive change management and user adoption activities, including training, documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform prioritisation and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline; master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven project management credential or equivalent experience (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or demonstrable track record of complex program delivery).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases and pricing models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders and influence cross-functionally.
- Experience working within luxury goods, retail, or premium consumer sectors preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work collaboratively in a multi-brand, matrixed organisation.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, product or programme/project management, ideally within luxury retail, premium consumer goods or related digital platforms. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, commercial initiatives and launching new services or partnerships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred.
