Role & Responsibilities

  • Support extraction, cleansing and validation of commercial and operational datasets for analytics use cases.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular management reports using BI tools to track KPIs and trends.
  • Perform ad‑hoc analyses to answer business questions and quantify opportunity areas for stores, e‑commerce and product teams.
  • Automate routine data processes and contribute to data pipelines and documentation to improve reproducibility.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (merchandising, retail, marketing) to translate requirements into analytics deliverables.
  • Present findings and visualisations to non‑technical stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and attention to detail with the ability to translate analysis into business recommendations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to summarise technical results for commercial audiences.
  • Proactive, curious and able to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.

Experience

Internship or academic project experience working with medium to large datasets, building dashboards, or delivering business analyses; 0–1 years of professional experience is typical.

Education
