Business Analyst
Richemont seeks a Business Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal to deliver commercial insights and reporting for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Translate commercial and operational data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for brand and group stakeholders.
- Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle: define requirements, design KPIs, build dashboards and deliver regular reporting to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, supply chain, IT, marketing) to elicit requirements and ensure analytics outputs align with business priorities.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support pricing, assortment, inventory and channel strategies; identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
- Support implementation and optimisation of BI and ERP initiatives, including data quality checks, requirements definition and user acceptance testing.
- Document processes, maintain data definitions and provide training to business users on reporting tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into concise, business-focused insights and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a consultative approach and strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrable experience defining KPIs, building reports/dashboards and driving data-led decisions across commercial or retail functions.
- Strong problem-solving orientation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix environment.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, BI or management reporting, ideally gained within luxury retail, watches/jewellery, retail operations or a complex multinational environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
