Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the fragrances business with regular sales and wholesale performance reporting, maintenance of dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports, executive summaries and data visualisations for brand and regional teams.
  • Conduct ad hoc quantitative analyses to inform pricing, promotional activity, and assortment decisions for perfume ranges.
  • Contribute to short-term forecasting and inventory monitoring by consolidating sell‑in / sell‑out data from internal and external sources.
  • Perform market and competitor research to contextualise performance trends and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear slide decks and present results to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain and cleanse databases; ensure data integrity across reporting tools and source systems.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience in quantitative analysis (academic projects or previous internships).
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build and interpret dashboards and pivot analyses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare succinct executive summaries and presentations.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling commercial data.

Experience

Prior internship or project experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, retail/consumer goods or a related function is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience using analytical methods to solve commercial problems will be advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
