Richemont seeks a Boutique Supervisor in Taipei to lead store operations, sales performance and client relations for its luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring seamless opening/closing procedures, visual standards and stock integrity.
  • Drive sales performance and achievement of boutique KPIs through coaching, floor leadership and effective clienteling strategies.
  • Recruit, train and develop boutique staff; conduct regular performance reviews and deliver targeted sales and product training.
  • Manage inventory control, replenishment and stocktakes in collaboration with regional supply teams to minimise shrinkage.
  • Implement brand visual merchandising directives and ensure the boutique environment consistently reflects maison standards.
  • Resolve client escalations and foster long-term relationships through personalised service and proactive follow-up.
  • Prepare and analyse daily/weekly sales reports; liaise with regional management on promotional execution and local initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience within luxury retail, boutique or hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and clienteling skills with a service-first mindset.
  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and sound judgement in inventory and cash-handling procedures.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
