Richemont is hiring a Boutique Supervisor in Taichung. Lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver luxury client service for a Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily boutique operations, ensuring seamless client service and adherence to maison standards.
  • Lead, coach and develop the boutique sales team to meet individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive clienteling activities: cultivate, retain and expand high-value client relationships and manage VIP appointments.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and in-store presentation to maintain brand environment and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation and incoming/outgoing transfers with accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer cash handling, POS reconciliation and basic financial reporting in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, recruitment support and induction for new hires to optimise boutique coverage.
  • Liaise with area management on promotions, events and after-sales service; ensure local regulatory and brand policy compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead a luxury retail team with strong client-service ethos.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
  • Organisational aptitude with attention to detail for merchandising, stock control and cash procedures.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and local public holidays; flexible availability for events.
  • Fluency in Mandarin; professional proficiency in English preferred.

Experience

High school diploma or vocational qualification; tertiary education in business, hospitality or fashion retail is advantageous.
