Boutique Stock Operations Associate
Richemont is hiring a Boutique Stock Operations Associate in Sydney to manage inventory, receiving and stock accuracy for a luxury boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; verify delivery documents and update inventory records promptly.
- Execute cycle counts, stock reconciliations and periodic full stocktakes to maintain accuracy of boutique inventory.
- Manage stockroom organisation and visual presentation standards to ensure efficient access and merchandise readiness.
- Prepare and execute stock transfers, returns and inter-boutique requests while maintaining traceability and documentation.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, post system adjustments and liaise with logistics, central stock teams and boutique sales staff.
- Support merchandising activities by replenishing floor stock, tagging, pricing and preparing product for presentation.
- Implement and uphold loss-prevention procedures and security protocols for high-value merchandise.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle high-value items with discretion.
- Physical ability to lift and move stock items and to work on feet for full retail shifts.
- Legal entitlement to work in Australia.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of experience in retail stock operations, stockroom management or logistics; prior exposure to luxury or high-value retail environments is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
