Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Sydney to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across the maison’s categories and communicate craftsmanship, provenance and technical details to clients.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain cash-handling integrity.
  • Manage stock receiving, inventory control and replenishment in coordination with store management.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and client experiences, including client lists and invitations.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and brand security procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service; boutique or brand experience preferred.
  • Fluent spoken and written English with polished interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional client-facing demeanour, discretion and ability to deliver tailored service to discerning clientele.
  • Right to work in Australia and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Experience

1–2 years of direct experience in boutique retail or luxury brand sales; experience in high-value transactions and private client service is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail, hospitality or business is desirable but not required.
