Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and contribute to boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and conversion of prospects.
- Maintain exquisite presentation standards: merchandising, window displays, stock presentation and overall boutique ambience in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage transactional duties accurately, including point-of-sale operations, multi-currency transactions and after-sales processes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product and collection knowledge; communicate product provenance, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
- Support inventory control: receiving, visual checks, stock transfers and periodic stock counts, ensuring record accuracy and loss-prevention measures.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and local management on promotional activities, events and private client appointments while adhering to brand policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Secondary education certificate required; vocational qualification in retail, hospitality or luxury retail preferred.
- Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English is strongly preferred; Mandarin is an advantage for client engagement in the Greater China market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrable client-first orientation and polished professional demeanour.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transactional accuracy and stock management.
- Right to work in Hong Kong and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally within the luxury goods or premium hospitality sectors; prior experience in a boutique environment or with high-value merchandise is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, hospitality or luxury sales is advantageous.
