Richemont is hiring a Boutique Sales Associate in Madrid — client-facing retail role delivering luxury service and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-value clientele, proactively building long-term relationships and clienteling activities
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales objectives through consultative selling and effective upselling
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand directives
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns, and accurate cash and card handling following company procedures
  • Support inventory control: receive, stock, cycle counts and loss-prevention measures
  • Coordinate client appointments, follow-up communications and after-sales care using CRM tools
  • Represent the maison at in-store events and product launches, collaborating with the store management team
  • Adhere strictly to brand integrity, confidentiality and compliance policies

Qualifications

  • Professional, polished presentation and impeccable grooming consistent with a luxury environment
  • Fluent Spanish and strong command of English; additional languages an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and natural aptitude for relationship-based selling
  • Numerate with proven ability to handle transactions and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in Spain

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury, premium fashion, jewellery or watchmaking environments. Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management preferred.
