Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, discreet client service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised engagement.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge of fine jewellery and watches to advise clients on heritage, materials and technical details.
- Manage sales transactions, POS procedures and accurate cash handling in accordance with company policies.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to uphold the maison’s aesthetic and ensure presentation excellence on the sales floor.
- Participate in inventory control, stock reconciliation and boutique loss‑prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to ensure superior client follow‑up and repair/maintenance processes.
- Support boutique events, private appointments and trunk shows, including personalised client communications and logistical preparation.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for high‑touch customer service with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and work to KPIs in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; capacity to build and maintain a discerning clientele.
- Attention to detail in presentation, administration and stock management.
