Richemont seeks a Boutique Operations Manager in Istanbul (İstinye Park) to lead store operations, team development and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Istinye Park boutique to ensure flawless client service and compliance with maison standards.
  • Drive sales performance and execution of commercial initiatives to achieve store KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Recruit, coach and develop boutique staff; design and implement training programmes focused on product knowledge, clienteling and service excellence.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and stocktakes to minimise shrinkage and ensure merchandise availability.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain boutique presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate scheduling, payroll inputs and resource planning to optimise labour productivity and customer coverage.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies for loss prevention, health & safety, cash handling and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare regular operational and sales reports; liaise with regional management on performance, local initiatives and key clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people management skills with a record of developing high‑performing retail teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret KPIs, forecast demand and translate data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent client‑facing skills and an uncompromising focus on discretionary luxury service.
  • Solid organisational capability in inventory management, visual merchandising and store administration.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
  • Legal right to work in Turkey.

Experience

Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail, including at least two years in a supervisory or store management capacity, preferably within watch, jewellery or high‑end fashion maisons.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification preferred; substantial relevant retail management experience may be accepted in lieu of formal degree.
