Richemont is hiring a Boutique Operations Associate in Las Vegas to support luxury boutique operations, inventory and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations to ensure a flawless client experience, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining boutique presentation standards.
  • Manage stock movements and perform regular inventory counts, receiving deliveries and coordinating replenishment with regional logistics teams.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain product displays to brand guidelines, ensuring merchandise presentation reflects maison standards.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and process sales transactions, exchanges and after-sales services with accuracy and attention to confidentiality.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention and compliance activities by following cash handling procedures, reporting discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist boutique management with administrative tasks, clienteling follow-up, appointment coordination and ad-hoc project work to support store objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury or premium retail environments, preferably in boutique operations, stock control or client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail, reliability and a customer-first attitude appropriate for high-touch luxury retail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the United States and ability to meet any local employment clearance requirements.

Experience

Prior retail experience — ideally within the luxury sector — with direct exposure to boutique operations, stock control and customer service. Typically 1–3 years in a retail environment is expected for this associate-level role.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in retail, hospitality, business or a related field preferred.
