Richemont is hiring a Boutique Operations Associate in Dallas — support store operations, inventory and client service for a luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day boutique operations to ensure impeccable presentation and uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Manage stock receipt, replenishment and accurate inventory control including routine stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Operate and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems; process transactions and assist with cash handling and daily till reconciliation.
  • Execute merchandising and visual presentation directives to uphold brand standards and seasonal floor sets.
  • Provide frontline client support and liaison with sales advisors to facilitate appointments, clienteling activities and aftercare.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, order follow-up and coordination with regional logistics and head office.
  • Implement loss-prevention procedures and maintain compliance with internal controls and store policies.
  • Collaborate with store management on continuous improvement initiatives, training and operational projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable understanding of luxury service standards and client-centric retail operations.
  • Proven ability to manage stock processes and basic financial reconciliation with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to interact professionally with high-net-worth clients and team members.
  • Organizational resilience and the ability to prioritise multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury boutique or premium brand environment; direct experience with inventory control and POS transactions strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post-secondary coursework in retail, fashion, hospitality or business is a plus.
