Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to achieve sales targets and profitability, including P&L oversight and cash handling controls.
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships through proactive clienteling, VIP service and after‑sales care to maximise lifetime value.
- Recruit, train and coach a high-performing team; manage schedules, performance reviews and succession planning.
- Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising and store standards to ensure a consistent maison presentation and window concept execution.
- Manage inventory and stock control processes, coordinate replenishment, and minimise shrinkage through robust loss-prevention measures.
- Analyse sales performance and KPIs; prepare regular reports and translate data into actionable commercial plans.
- Drive local marketing, events and client outreach in coordination with regional marketing and wholesale teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local legislation and luxury retail best practices, including health & safety and GDPR where applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to recruit, develop and retain talent in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing sales targets and basic P&L responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and client‑service skills with a focus on high‑touch, personalized service.
- Organisational maturity to manage operations, inventory and administrative processes with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling in‑store presentation and customer experiences.
- Cultural sensitivity and discretion appropriate to serving an international, high‑net‑worth clientele.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role and demonstrable responsibility for sales targets, team leadership and store operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field.
