Role & Responsibilities

- Manage inventory and visual merchandising to align with brand standards and enhance the boutique's appeal.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within a high-end boutique environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Fluency in Japanese and English.
