Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all boutique operations at Breeze Xinyi, ensuring adherence to Dunhill brand standards and store SOPs.
  • Drive sales performance and key retail KPIs through proactive clienteling, merchandising and in-store initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team; conduct performance reviews and deliver ongoing training.
  • Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation and loss-prevention measures to protect boutique assets.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and product displays to optimise sell-through and reflect seasonal campaigns.
  • Own boutique P&L responsibilities including sales forecasting, expense control and local execution of promotional activity.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with VIP clients and implement CRM strategies to grow lifetime value.
  • Coordinate with regional management and cross-functional partners on events, launches and market reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing a luxury retail boutique with responsibility for sales targets and team leadership.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and basic P&L duties.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with experience recruiting and developing retail teams.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and experience executing high-touch clienteling programmes.
  • Organisational aptitude for inventory control, stock processes and loss prevention.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and local peak trading periods; legal right to work in Taiwan.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, preferably within menswear or high-end accessories, with documented success meeting sales targets and developing teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalently, substantial professional experience in luxury retail will be accepted.
