Dunhill is hiring a Boutique Manager in Taichung — lead a luxury menswear boutique, drive sales, client relations and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Taichung boutique, ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through coaching, target-setting and performance management of the sales team.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalized service and after-sales care.
  • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team; create staffing plans and manage rotas to match business needs.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, loss prevention and accurate POS operations.
  • Manage store P&L responsibilities including expense control, cash handling and daily reconciliations.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, private appointments and collaborations with local partners to elevate brand presence.
  • Liaise with regional leadership, wholesale and retail operations to implement local initiatives and report on store performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with excellent people management and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets in premium or luxury retail.
  • Exceptional client service orientation and sophisticated interpersonal skills suitable for high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience in inventory control, cash management and retail operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
  • Professional presentation and fluency in local market customs; Mandarin language ability advantageous and English proficiency preferred.

Experience
