Boutique Manager
Richemont seeks a Boutique Manager for Vacheron Constantin in Seoul (Shinsegae Gangnam). Lead boutique operations, sales and client development.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations at the Vacheron Constantin boutique in Shinsegae Gangnam, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and client experience.
- Drive sales performance and KPI achievement through targeted clienteling, appointment management and conversion optimisation.
- Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate boutique staff; build a high-performing team aligned with maison values and service protocols.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships, prospect high-net-worth guests, and manage VIP programmes and after‑sales communications.
- Oversee inventory control, stock movements and merchandising to maintain product availability and visual standards.
- Manage financial, administrative and compliance tasks including budgeting, payroll input, reporting and loss prevention.
- Coordinate local marketing, in‑store events and collaborations with the regional retail team to maximise footfall and brand visibility.
- Act as the boutique’s primary liaison with regional management, after‑sales service and headquarters for escalations and operational alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with strong people-management and coaching skills in a retail context.
- Deep commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in luxury retail.
- Solid understanding of haute horlogerie or luxury watch retail; prior experience with watches strongly preferred.
- Excellent clienteling and negotiation skills, with an ability to build long-term relationships with HNW clientele.
- Organisational rigour in inventory control, loss prevention and boutique administration.
- Professional command of Korean; business-level English desirable for interaction with international clients and headquarters.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; prior experience in watch or jewellery boutiques is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, retail management or equivalent; professional qualifications in luxury retail or customer service are advantageous.
