Richemont seeks a Boutique Manager in Riyadh to lead a luxury boutique—driving sales, team leadership and exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations to achieve sales targets, manage store P&L and optimize commercial performance.
  • Recruit, develop and mentor boutique staff; set individual targets, conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performance service culture.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised service, clienteling strategies and long-term relationship building.
  • Oversee inventory control, merchandising standards and visual presentation to maintain brand integrity and commercial appeal.
  • Implement corporate policies and local regulatory requirements, ensuring loss prevention and operational compliance.
  • Analyse sales KPIs and market trends to define action plans, promotions and staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with regional management, marketing and after-sales teams to coordinate events, launches and client outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing a retail team in a luxury environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable success achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and proficiency in clienteling and CRM practices.
  • Ability to uphold exacting brand standards in visual merchandising and service delivery.
  • Fluency in MS Office; familiarity with retail POS and inventory management systems preferred.

Experience
