Boutique Manager
Richemont seeks a Boutique Manager in Fukuoka to lead store operations, drive sales and deliver exemplary client experience for a Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding the maison’s standards of client service and product presentation.
- Own all aspects of daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, visual merchandising and inventory control.
- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised service and after-sales follow-up.
- Recruit, train and coach staff; conduct performance reviews and implement development plans to strengthen commercial and service capabilities.
- Manage stock flow and shrinkage prevention, liaise with regional distribution and merchandising teams to optimise assortments and replenishment.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales and financial reports; analyse performance metrics and implement action plans to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal and corporate policies, including health & safety and luxury retail governance.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people-management skills in a retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in luxury retail.
- Excellent client service orientation with the ability to cultivate and sustain high-value relationships.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail in store operations and merchandising.
- Proficiency in retail reporting and basic financial principles.
Skills
Experience
Minimum four years of progressive experience in luxury retail with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within a high-end maison or comparable brand.
Education
Higher education preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, fashion or a related field is advantageous, or equivalent professional experience.
