A. Lange & Söhne seeks a Boutique Manager in Dubai to lead boutique operations, client relations and sales performance for its luxury watch boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to ensure exemplary service standards, visual identity and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Drive sales performance and profitability by setting targets, monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to achieve boutique objectives.
- Recruit, develop and coach boutique staff; establish individual sales plans, deliver regular performance reviews and foster a client‑centric sales culture.
- Cultivate and manage high‑value client relationships through personalised clienteling, appointment management and private events.
- Oversee inventory control, stock intake, transfers and loss prevention procedures; ensure accurate record keeping and timely reporting.
- Coordinate in‑store merchandising and product presentation with global visual directives; adapt windows and displays to local market needs and key launches.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks including cash handling, POS reconciliation, local compliance and coordination with regional management.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches, jewellery or high‑end fashion.
- Demonstrable record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing boutique P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in recruitment, talent development and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset and discretion when dealing with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, with at least several years in a supervisory or store‑manager role. Prior experience in watches or jewellery retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.
