Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin objectives and KPI performance.
- Build and sustain high-value client relationships through personalised clienteling, after-sales service and CRM-driven retention strategies.
- Recruit, coach and develop boutique staff; set commercial priorities and foster a service-oriented team culture.
- Manage store financials including P&L oversight, inventory turn, pricing integrity and forecast reporting.
- Direct visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain brand standards and local market relevance.
- Control inventory, oversee stock transfers, reconciliations and loss-prevention procedures in accordance with group policy.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, client events and product launches in coordination with regional marketing.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, health & safety and retail security procedures; prepare periodic operational reports for the regional office.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (typically 3–5+ years) managing a luxury or premium-brand boutique or multi-category store.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management and team development.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, sales forecasting and KPI delivery.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards, clienteling techniques and high-value product handling.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills; flexible availability including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Legal eligibility to work in South Korea.

Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years in retail management within the luxury or premium segment, with proven responsibility for sales performance, team leadership and store operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred; relevant professional or retail training accepted.
