Richemont seeks a Boutique Manager in Beverly Hills to lead a luxury boutique, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations, ensuring exemplary standards of client service, visual presentation and stock integrity.
  • Recruit, train and coach a high-performing sales team; establish individual and team objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, targeted clienteling, CRM usage and execution of promotional plans.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention processes; liaise with regional supply chain and wholesale teams.
  • Control boutique P&L elements including payroll, expenses and payroll efficiency while reporting KPIs to regional management.
  • Implement brand initiatives and local marketing activities in coordination with corporate and regional teams to maximise footfall and conversion.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements and internal policies (security, data protection, health & safety).

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or managerial experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrable record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing boutique financial performance.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching, talent development and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent clienteling and relationship management skills, with a focus on affluent clientele and aftercare.
  • High level of commercial acumen and numeracy for P&L oversight and KPI-driven management.

Experience

Typically 3–5+ years of progressive responsibility in luxury retail management, with direct experience running a boutique or flagship store and delivering sustained sales growth.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or vocational qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or fashion is acceptable.
