Richemont seeks a Boutique Manager in Barcelona to lead a luxury boutique, drive sales and manage a high-performing team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day boutique operations to ensure brand standards in client service, presentation and compliance.
  • Drive sales performance and continuously exceed boutique KPIs through coaching, merchandising and local business planning.
  • Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing retail team; implement training and career-pathing aligned with maison standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships using proactive clienteling and bespoke service initiatives.
  • Manage inventory, stock control and loss-prevention procedures to protect luxury merchandise and maximise sell-through.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and boutique presentation to reflect seasonal campaigns and maison guidelines.
  • Prepare and control local budgets, sales forecasts and reports; monitor P&L and cost control measures.
  • Coordinate boutique events, private client appointments and local marketing activations to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and team-development skills.
  • Deep understanding of luxury retail standards and clienteling practices; refined commercial acumen.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with experience in inventory control, visual merchandising and store operations.
  • Professional demeanour, impeccable presentation and the ability to represent a high-end maison.
  • Flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, evenings and weekend events as required.

Experience
