Richemont seeks a Boutique Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead boutique operations, drive sales and cultivate VIP clientele.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets, KPIs and profitability goals.
  • Develop and sustain high-value client relationships through personalised service and proactive clienteling.
  • Recruit, coach and develop boutique staff; set individual and team objectives and conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure impeccable brand presentation through visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
  • Oversee stock management, inventory reconciliation, loss prevention and replenishment processes.
  • Manage CRM and POS usage, ensure accurate sales reporting and analyse performance metrics to inform action plans.
  • Implement company policies, compliance requirements and local labour regulations within the boutique.
  • Plan and execute VIP events, trunk shows and in-store activations to strengthen client engagement.
  • Control operational budgets, daily cash procedures and expense management to protect margin.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with a track record of meeting commercial targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and numeracy, with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
  • Exceptional client service orientation and demonstrated ability to cultivate VIP clientele.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing retail teams.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, and legal authorization to work in the UAE.

Experience

Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a boutique or boutique-like retail environment.

Education

Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field is preferred.
