Richemont seeks a Boutique Director in Miami to lead a luxury boutique, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring exemplary luxury customer service and adherence to brand standards.
- Own boutique commercial performance and P&L, setting and delivering sales targets, KPI metrics and inventory objectives.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales and clienteling team; implement talent retention and career progression plans.
- Cultivate and deepen high-value client relationships through personalised clienteling, events and after‑sales care.
- Oversee visual merchandising, store presentation and client experience to reflect maison identity and seasonal directives.
- Manage stock control, loss-prevention procedures and operational compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with regional management and cross-functional teams (marketing, CRM, logistics) to execute local selling strategies and client acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail with responsibility for a boutique or flagship store.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing store P&L and meeting sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership credentials with experience recruiting, coaching and developing retail teams.
- Established clienteling skills and experience delivering personalised service to high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Excellent organisational skills and capability to manage complex store operations and inventory.

Experience
Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 3 years in a managerial role responsible for store operations, team leadership and commercial results; experience in jewellery, watches or leather goods is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or equivalent professional experience.
