Boutique Director
Richemont seeks a Boutique Director in Mexico City (Santa Fe) to lead boutique operations, sales and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial, operational and experiential activities of the Santa Fe boutique, ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Own the boutique P&L: manage budgets, margin, payroll and local expenses to maximise profitability.
- Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales and service team; set performance standards, conduct appraisals and deliver ongoing training.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to deepen high-value client relationships and drive repeat business and VIP acquisition.
- Oversee store presentation and visual merchandising to ensure brand standards, product storytelling and an exceptional in-store experience.
- Coordinate local marketing, events and partnerships to raise brand awareness and generate footfall and traffic.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in collaboration with regional supply chain and HQ.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, brand guidelines and regulatory requirements; maintain rigorous administrative and reporting practices.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership record in luxury retail with responsibility for boutique-level P&L and team management.
- Demonstrable success driving sales, client acquisition and VIP development within a premium or luxury environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and KPI analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor teams and cultivate a client-focused culture.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable given the market and client base; additional languages an advantage.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including a minimum of 2–3 years in a boutique or store leadership role with direct P&L responsibility and proven results in client acquisition and team development.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
