Boutique Director
Richemont is recruiting a Boutique Director in Amsterdam to lead a flagship boutique, manage P&L and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership for the boutique, including budgeting, forecasting and margin optimisation.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales and boutique operations team to deliver exceptional luxury service and exceed commercial targets.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and lifetime value through bespoke clienteling, CRM utilisation and high-touch aftercare.
- Manage all operational facets of the boutique: inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and loss-prevention procedures.
- Implement brand standards and visual directives to ensure immaculate store presentation and consistent luxury experience.
- Plan and execute local marketing, VIP events and partnerships to reinforce brand presence and drive traffic.
- Recruit, onboard and retain talent; conduct performance reviews and establish individual development plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and quality standards across all store activities.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in luxury retail with responsibility for a boutique or flagship store; demonstrable P&L accountability.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and margin targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clientele and stakeholders.
- Organisational maturity in operations, inventory management and visual merchandising within a luxury environment.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail management, including several years leading a store team with direct P&L responsibility and a demonstrable record of delivering commercial growth and elevated client service.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be accepted.
