Richemont seeks a Boutique Concierge in Tokyo to deliver VIP client service and manage boutique client relations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalised service to high-net-worth clients and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Manage appointments, private viewings and VIP visits; coordinate client communications and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client records using the boutique CRM; execute tailored clienteling and outreach campaigns.
- Support sales activities on the floor including product presentation, storytelling, and transaction processing.
- Coordinate special requests: bespoke orders, repairs, shipping, and after-sales services in line with brand standards.
- Collaborate with boutique management and back-office teams on stock allocation, events and inventory control.
- Ensure boutique visual standards are upheld and assist with merchandising and window presentation when required.
- Represent the brand with impeccable professionalism, confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client service (typically 2+ years).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, tact and the capacity to build trust with discerning clients.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and point-of-sale operations; comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information and high-value transactions.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends; readiness to support special events.
Skills
Experience
Mid-level candidate with 2–4 years of frontline experience in luxury retail, hospitality or private client service. Demonstrated history of managing VIP clientele and delivering personalised selling experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in hospitality, luxury retail, or retail management preferred.
