Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant Intern in Paris (short internship, June 2026) to support sales, client service and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in the boutique, ensuring a refined and personalised customer experience
  • Support sales advisors with client appointments, product presentations and after-sales follow-up
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure boutique presentation meets brand standards
  • Receive, unpack and process deliveries; assist with stock management and replenishment
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with daily cash handling and administrative tasks
  • Update CRM records and support clienteling initiatives, including appointment scheduling and communications
  • Assist with boutique events, private appointments and sample preparation as required
  • Contribute to periodic stock counts and routine inventory reconciliations

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor or Master) in fashion, luxury management, business or communications
  • Available for a short internship beginning June 2026 and able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation and a service-oriented attitude
  • Proven ability to work as part of a small team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Fluency in French is strongly advantageous; professional level of English is a plus

Experience

Previous retail or luxury internship experience is desirable but not mandatory; any customer-facing experience will be considered an asset.

Enrolment in a tertiary programme in fashion, luxury management, business, marketing or communication (undergraduate or graduate level).
