Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique sales activities, including greeting clients, assisting with product selection and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Develop clienteling skills: build and maintain client records, follow up on enquiries and support appointment management.
- Learn and operate the point-of-sale system for transactions, returns and after-sales service under supervision.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation, ensuring product displays and store areas reflect brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management: receive deliveries, perform stock counts and support replenishment processes.
- Undertake administrative tasks such as preparing sales documentation, processing invoices and managing files.
- Support boutique events and private client appointments, including preparation, logistics and on-site assistance.
- Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage and service standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme in fashion, business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused demeanour and polished professional presence.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual and service standards consistently.
- Organisational aptitude and basic numeracy for cash handling and stock control.
- Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Internship-level role; no extensive prior experience required. Previous customer-facing or retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Fashion, Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field.
